The Big Dog is BACK!!!
After nearly three months being locked in the basement staring at the walls (literally, a month ago I gave away my TV, not recognizing its power of distraction while on the trainer) I broke the chain and rode outside last night. The lure of a feast at abode Mosher was too much to handle and I broke the bike out. Sure, the 60 miles was long and painful, but boy what a revelation. Cold air in your lungs is just so much better then the the fan through your hair. The bad news was I returned to the basement on Monday, but hear me now, come Saturday I will be back outside!!! Daylight savings time is here too and evening riding outside is nearly here!!! Ain't no stopping the big dog now.

SCott, I have been getting in 2-3 rides outside per weeks with the warmer weather .. I started a Wed Lunchtime ride and am sneaking out a few times a week to ride . In fact I'm going home @ 4:00 today 190 miles in the last 10 days Wha hoo.. Garys old race bike is so nice ..

I also have another lunch time ride planned tomorrow Just happen to have a off site meeting at another Gerber Bld with a shower near the back door. Wha hoo.. Garys old race bike is so nice ..
